I am not an advocate of the Superzone, but if you are able to afford it, you could buy the bread and make sandwiches. I enjoy putting salads together. Here are a few ideas: Tuna from a can, portion out enough for 3 blocks of protein chop up some veggies: celery, onion, tomato, gren pepper, etc. whatever you like, then mix in the tuna. I dress it with olive oil/balsamic vinegar. With cooked chicken breast, you can also make some delicious salads with that. 3 oz pre-cooked chicken breast Layer some torn lettuce leaves (I use romaine but you can use whatever you like) onto a plate. Top with 1/4 cup canned black beans, salsa, maybe some green pepper, or whatever you like. Add the chicken and a dollop of prepared guacamole (you can buy it pre-made in the grocery store). |
