My 13 y.o. daughter (with ADD) is very picky. I am trying to get her started on the OmegaRX but she doesnt like fruit, so the brain shakes wont work. I tried putting the FO in a chocolate protein shake (not a Zone Shake) but she said it was nasty. Are the Zone Shakes a better mix for the FO than store bought shakes? Any other ideas for getting her to take the FO?

can she take the capsule? you don't taste it.

She can swallow but it is a battle to take just one pill. She's taken Adderall for a few years and I want to get her off it. I cant imagine trying to get her to take 8-12 capsules!

Hi, I have my 2 year old daughter taking fish oil with the zone shakes. From my experience with her, the zone shakes worked much better than any other I tried. I would recommend buying the shake sample pack and seeing what you think before committing to a whole box. That's exactly what we did and were very happy with results.
