Here's what I made the other night when craving Reese's peanut butter cups. It worked great as a snack for me, and was delicious and easy and fast. I didn't think it needed extra sweetening at all. I think kids would like it a lot--just tell them it's peanut butter cup dip! 1 t. natural peanut butter (1F) 1 t. or so of milk (just enough so the protein powder dissolves) 1/3 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder (1P) 1/2 apple, cored and sliced (1C) In a small dish, melt the peanut butter in the microwave until runny. Add milk and protein powder, stir until well mixed. (You can dissolve the powder in the milk first--it may mix a little faster.) Serve with sliced apple for dipping. Yummy in the tummy! 8) Ronica

Hi, Ronica Sounds wonderful. I have created something similar. Instead of using milk I use maple syrup made with splenda or Atkins syrup. I melt the syrup, vanilla protein powder and peanut butter in the microwave until runny (I sometimes have to use a little water) and use it as an apple dip. I eat that when I am craving caramel apple dip.

Cheap, Fast and Tasty. Who says you can't have all three? I will be making this by the pan for my family.
