I was using the zone previously and I am trying to pick it up again. I always did the zone alone, the family did not do it with me. I am trying to get past my son's food issues and trying to get him in the zone. He has symptoms of ADD/ADHD but has not been diagnosed. I have read the opions of Fish oil here on the form, and I need to do much more reading on this, but does anyone know of how they sell it in Canada? We do not take any supplements in our family. I do not purchase them so I know nothing about them, except there is a very large isle of stuff in the local pharmacy or possibly in GNC? I am assuming from what I have read there are different levels of quality of fish oil? How do I know if it is good or not? I don't want to go by price tag alone.

Choose from here: www.ifosprogram.com Click on [i:3320b81745]Consumer Report[/i:3320b81745]. Look for a product that's at least 60% concentrated (ie, minimum 600mg of EPA and DHA per 1000mg).
