Hi, I am trying to eat by the Zone in order to have the best possible health. I have the books "Enter the Zone" and "Anti-Aging Zone" and have made a list of the favourable foods and printed it out to hang in my kitchen. The only bread I have been eating is Ezekiel bread, which is not made from flour but from sprouted whole grains -- 7 different kinds. It has a carbohydrate content of 14 grams per slice but 3 of these are fiber, so I guess I'd figure it at 11 grams per slice. Is it a favourable or unfavourable carb? I would like to stay mostly with favourable until I feel like I'm in the Zone, which I don't yet (nearly 2 weeks). I am tired, hungry, and crabby in the late afternoons particularly.
Any comments would be appreciated! Eve. |

Hi,
It is unfavorable, as is all bread. Please refer to my reply to your other post about this in the other forum (either Weight Loss, or Cooking Tips, I can't remember which!).
