A couple of you were sharing information about an URL in which you can find out the amount of omega-6s in food, including fats and oils.

Can someone point me back to that thread? I looked through various forums but no luck and I thought I bookmarked it ... can't find it!

    Thanks

    Great!

    Thanks Larry and Cranberrycat.

Er, does anyone know the thread this showed up in? Cuz it explained how to find Omega-6s information ...

I'm thinking of my olive oil in particular right now ...

Sorry, I can't remember for sure which one it was in, but I do remember seeing it... we were discussing AA content in various protein sources, etc.

Sarah - I think you are looking for "Is Soy Bean Oil Okay?" http://www.zonediet.com/forums/aft/37244 That's where I typed in the Omega 6 amounts for various fats.
