Not knowing the full ingredients, and whether frozen or from a Fast food. Aside from the "bread", the wrap being high in unfavorable Carbs. I doubt there's much good about it, except the chicken. If you wanted to make your own, you could do so with a ;eaf lettuce wrap. Or, use a very low carb (higher in fiber) wrap/tortilla. Then the unfav carbs are kept to about 1 block, or with some tortilla's, to only 6 net Carbs. Otherwise, unless you make it and know ingredients, most likely hardly ant Fav carbs, and high in Fat, mostly unfavorable. |
