Not knowing the full ingredients, and whether frozen or from a Fast food.
Aside from the "bread", the wrap being high in unfavorable Carbs.
I doubt there's much good about it, except the chicken.
If you wanted to make your own, you could do so with a ;eaf lettuce wrap.
Or, use a very low carb (higher in fiber) wrap/tortilla.
Then the unfav carbs are kept to about 1 block, or with some tortilla's,
    to only 6 net Carbs.
Otherwise, unless you make it and know ingredients, most likely hardly ant Fav carbs,
and high in Fat, mostly unfavorable.

If you are talking about the burritos that you order at Chipotle Mexican Grill, they are not Zone-friendly. The flour tortilla alone has 44g of carb in it--and unfavorable.

A better choice would be the burrito bowl. You basically eliminate the tortilla, and eat the burrito ingredients in a bowl. The nice thing is that you can choose from a variety of ingredients. You could have chicken, black beans, fahita-style veggies, and tomato salsa, to create a zone-friendly wrapless burrito.
