    One of the main discomforts of pregnancy is improper sleep. Carrying a weight of fifteen pounds or more is not an easy job. It is very difficult to sleep by choosing the relaxing posture. In order to get relief, pregnancy exercises are best to be adopted. Swimming is one of the best recommended abdominal exercises during pregnancy. Brisk walking and indoor cycling is also good enough as they help in easing out the stress.
