    hi all,

I just bought Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.

It has the "mother" in it.

    It's raw, organic, etc.

My question is--is it safe to take 2 tablespoons a day of this (dilluted in water with a bit of honey)?

Thanks, any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sara,

It's fine, but I'd skip the honey. No need to ingest extra unfavorable carbohydrate. I've been buying Bragg's for years. I use it for all kinds of things; salad dresings, veggie marinades, stir fries, etc. I also like their liquid aminos. I use it in place of soy sauce.

    Thank you so much, Sue.

By the way, I am trying to get a tablespoon into my diet per day, is that a problem?

No, not at all. I eat that much just on a single salad. )

1 Tbl is not a lot, and it has been proven that Vinegar, any vinegar eaten with a salad before the main meal helps slow carb digestion.
    So, why not Bragg's!
We grow our own salad sprouts (Organic Alfalfa, Radish, Broccoli mix) - dead easy really.
only 1.49 for a packet - 3-4 days later in a 1/2 gallon glass jar - enough sprouts for plenty of salads!
Full of nutrition, and helps make a great salad.

    Thanks, John.

Uh, I just opened the bottle I have (Bragg's).

I put it in the refrigerator but then took it out after a couple of hours because I thought it might be bad for it.

What do I do with it?

Sarah, my fast fingers hit enter before I'd finished that last post.

The bragg's site states it doesn't have to be refrigerated.

Just adding, I have never refrigerated any of my vinegars, so I would concur, refrigeration is not necesary.
