Really, any berries are good, but some others are: (=1C) Peaches (1) Nectarines (1/2) Plums (1) Apples (1/2 or 1/2 cup sauce) Grapes (1/2 cup) Strawberries (1 cup) Raspberries (1 cup) Blueberries (1/2 cup) Pears (1/2) Oranges (1/2) Sears goes into much more detail in the 100 top zone foods book, and I'm sure there are a lot more. I've had varying success with different fruits;: I find that grapes are too addictive for me! (OK if in my lunch bag, but irresistible in the fridge at home!) The only ones that I can think of to avoid off the top of my head are bananas, mangoes and (?) papayas for their high sugar content. Some people also have trouble with pineapple. I find it's ok for me, but doesn't hold me as long as oatmeal! Enjoy your fruits! Ronica
