[color=darkblue:830e70ac2e][b:830e70ac2e]I take baby aspirin and cholesterol free fish oil. Can I expect to have the same results even though my fish oil is not pharmaceutical grade other than the paranoia about contaminants?
In reference to the poll, what do you expect to achieve by the poll? After tallying the 2 resulting numbers, then what?[/color:830e70ac2e][/b:830e70ac2e] |

Hi ,
I have been away for a while and notice this question unanswered.
Aside from the emotive "paranoia" implication. To address the fundamental question the answer is no. you will not get the same results.
The reasoning is multiple, but the processing to make it PG increases the bodys ability to process it
Secondly The correct ratio of EPA:DHA enhanses overall wellbeing. Thinning of blood while important, is but one consideration.
Even if health grade FO was free of contaninents, it still could not supply the full benefits of PGFO
