Sadly, though expensive, I ordered our last Zone Foods order, today.
Tomorrow is THE LAST DAY to order.
Mixed feelings, since most of the products are grain-based, and we've reduced considerably our grain consumption,
    especially wheat.
Though we could only order the Zone Foods a few times per year, and mostly only when I had a business trip with Per Diem paying for it,
I did add a few additional items today and each previous business trip onto the order for our personal use.
    .
Fortunately with 25-30 hours of flying/travel each way to Singapore coming in a couple of weeks,
I'll at least have some half-way decent Zone balanced food with me for the travel/flight/airports
and at the hotel for the week.

I feel badly for the people who have come to depend on the foods as the staple of their meals. Although I have never been a fan of the foods (due to cost and the mere fact that they just didn't work well for me), I did enjoy eating the bagels and the cinnamon rolls when I had ordered them.

Just letting you all know, I will be happy to help anyone that needs assistance with the transition over to the classic zone lifestyle, as I am sure some of the other zone veterans will be happy to do the same.

Me too. Started Paleo just under 1 year ago, in Sept.
They only marketed them on their website.
Not enough sales to keep them going.
(Even with the higher cost they charged.)

Sadly, had an old Zone 1-2-3 Pizza Crust this evening (with Ceese, mushrooms, & spinach)
    And a little red wine.
Sadly, because only one more left . . .

Are zone foods working for you guys veterans? I've tried paleo last year but if there's a better solution, I'll definitely consider that

YES, for a lot of us.
However, they are no longer available.

Isabelle, they didn't work well for me, but I am anxious to try the new products coming out.

Let's please hope that the new foods are priced more reasonably.

I'm of the opinion that Zone products are very reasonably priced.

I had difficulty with the prices as well. I have 5 mouths to feed here and would not have been possible on our income.

The foods were never meant to feed a family on a daily bases. The foods were designed to help individuals get a jump start into the Zone or as a quick way to make a Zone balanced meal when you were short on time. I believe Dr Sears also wanted to help those who wanted to eat Pasta, Bagels and Bread prodcuts. I mean it was amazing stuff; If I recall correctly a Bagel had the same glycemic impact as two strawberrys... That is truly amazing. Many like Sue would incorporate the Zone foods in their recipes thus making them extremely Economical.
