    Use crumbled Zone granola as the topping for a simple apple crisp made of sliced apples and plums with a sprinkle of cinnamon. A tip, cover with foil for half or more of the baking time to prevent the granola from burning. Serve with some protein on the side to balance the carbohydrate in the fruit. You can even add a dollop of whipped cream on top and still stay in the Zone.
