BROWNIE SUNDAE Ingredients: (These are approximate amounts, and I use Trader Joe's brands.) scant 1/4 cup thawed OG frozen raspberries a few Tbsp. OG nonfat plain yogurt 1 tsp. chunky almond butter with roasted flax seeds 1Tbsp frozen pomegranate seeds Directions: Zap the brownie in the microwave to warm it slightly, cut it into cubes, and layer it along with rest of the ingredients. I like to layer it in a clear glass. You could also add a little agave or some vanilla extract to the yogurt if you like.
