CHICKEN AND “RICE” SOUP Here’s nice soup for a meal or snack on a cold day, made with leftovers from my recipe ”RICE” PILAF WITH MUSHROOMS”. Ingredients: 1/2 of my “RICE“ PILAF WITH MUSHROOMS recipe, prepared ½ cup of your favorite chicken broth S & P, if desired Optional, ½ to 1 oz. diced cooked chicken breast and/or diced leftover veggies Directions: 1. Stir the broth and leftover “rice“ recipe together, adding S & P and optional ingredients if desired. 2. Heat in the microwave. |
