    Hey Everyone,

Do any of you happen to have a copy of my Pepperoncini Salad recipe? I lost it.

Sorry, I do not. I believe I remember you posting it, but not sure about that. Did you do a forum search?

Found it. I just realized it's probably in my Photobucket food album that was previously linked to my signature here. It is. Here's a link to it: http://s531.photobucket.com/albums/dd352/SueK24/?action=view¤t=DSC00380.jpg¤ttag=cucumber%20salad

    Peperochini!
Fond memories of the little Italian peppers!
I used to work (age 17 - many, many moons ago)
at an Italian restaurant - (also with my mom, who was a waitress at the time.)
Among my duties, I was also salad and appetizer prep.
Enjoyed many a peperochini straight from the jar!
Though opening clams for clams casino and clams oregano was bit of a chore ...
    Thanks for the memories...

I clicked on your link to look at the recipe, and it FAILED.
    Possibly an account access problem.
Maybe you could repost it in the forums?

Yes, I just discoveredt doesn't work for me, either, but it is the exact address appearing at the top of the Photobucket page when I view it. The only way I am able to get to that page is by clicking on it in my google search result page. If you'd like to see it, google: suek24 Pepperoncini Salad, and then click on the first hit.

    Worked.
    .
(SUE's) Ranch Flavored Chicken with Cucumber and Pepperoncini Salad

Chicken: spread frozen chicken tenders with a mixture of Simply Organic ranch dip mix that has been stirred into plain yogurt.
Bake covered in 375 oven just until pink color is gone.
Salad: chopped English cucumber, diced pepperoncini, crumbled low fat feta cheese with a dressing of almond oil, pepperoncini liquid (from the jar), and S&P.
