Easy Kale Recipe
One bunch lacinato kale, it's a dark green long thin leafed type of kale, washed with stems removed and discarded, leaves torn into pieces (optional, use any variety of kale)
1/2 apple, chopped
Garam masala to taste
Place kale and apples into a large skillet, sprinkle with garam masala and add about 1/2 inch water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer until done (about 5 min). Drain off excess water and serve immediately.
