HI all, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but it was the closest I could guess...anyway... has anyone found a good scale that measures Zone amounts? By that I mean less than the 4 pound scales  I'm finding in cooking stores with teeny tiny little spaces between the ounces. Or even better, with grams! I'm thinking of buying a postal scale! But all I really need is up to a pound - if that, even - most recipes call for 4-12 ounces depending on your protein of choice! Someone told me Weight Watchers has a good scale that can measure smaller amounts, but I don't know where to find it since I've never been a Weight Watcher  Thanks! Robbin

I found a great digital scale for about $29 at Amazon.com. The brand is Soehnle (I think) and there is a wide selection of them. Mine is pretty basic, but it measures ounce-by ounce, or you can flick a switch and measure in grams. Another great feature is you can put a bowl on it, press a button and it resets to zero. Throw in turkey, weigh it, press the button again, it resets again. Then add ham, etc. Good luck!

Try Kitchens, Etc. They have a good selection of scales. Both digital and non-digital. I went cheap an bought a non-digital decent quality scale for about $9.00. It measures in 1/4 oz and up to 2 lbs! So far seems sturdy, too.
