    You should look on the package.
    But usually mostly Protein.
    If no package, then a food nutrition website, such as:
    .
    http://www.formulazone.com/Help.asp...D=MDSearch
    OR
    http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/9873/2
    .
    Edamame, frozen, 1 (One) cup, prepared:
    Total Fat = 8g, Saturated Fat = 1g.
    Total Carb = 16g minus 8g Fiber = 8g net Carbs
    Protein = 17g
    .
    One cup = 3 Fat, 1 Carb, 2 Protein

    Wow, I didn't realize how high in fat edamame are!

    Do you know if 1 cup is 1 cup pods or 1 cup of the actual beans?

    Thanks!

    No, it was the only generic Edmame I found in a quick search for you.
    Try searching the internet.
    Possibly, another website might give you more detail.
