I just saw this in an e-mail, a new "healthier"ice cream. (I won't say healthy, but looks promising, only taste will tell ...)
The thing is, it comes in a powder (I never did try that powdered peanut butter ...) You blend it with water, then freeze it.
1 serving has 15g P, 9g netC, 5g F (only 1g saturated), and 8g Fiber per serving.

Here's the info:

Really Delicious Ice Cream
The kicker is that you can pretty much eat as much of this ice cream and still lose weight. Even better, it is all natural, contains 15 grams of pure protein, and does not contain artificial sweeteners. It has now been carefully vetted. Although we were sold on the taste a long time ago, we had not fully vetted the manufacturer until yesterday. Now that we have, I don't think the pack has ever been more excited about a product.
.
Tastes Like Real Ice Cream
First of all this stuff tastes amazing. They have both chocolate and vanilla, and although the pack prefers vanilla at a 3-2 ration, both taste like the real thing.
.
All Natural Ingredients
Secondly, the ingredients are all natural. There is no Nutrasweet or Splenda in this stuff. It is flavored with Stevia – but there is no “weird” stevia aftertaste.
.
Nutritional Profile (15 grams of pure protein)
Each serving has 15 grams of high quality protein to build lean muscle, reduce cravings, and rev up your metabolism. And get this, only 9 grams of net carbs (and 8 grams of fiber). That is a crazy amount of fiber. As for fat only 1 gram of saturated fat and 4 grams of the healthy fat (from flaxseed). This profile is really one of a perfect meal replacement, let alone a treat. And the fact that there is nothing artificial in this formula really defies the imagination if you taste this stuff.

Great for the Kids
Even better for me is that this hound has a little pup who LOVES sweets. So the wife and I have been giving her this ice cream for the last four weeks as a TREAT! She loves it and has no idea it is actually good for her... this makes parenting so much easier.
.
The Company
The creators of this ice cream are a small outfit with big plans. They have the BBB seal of approval and Kim Lyons has endorsed them. They also provide personal trainers online which shows a lot of committment. We have been assured that they honor all of thier committments and guarantees, and we have found nothing which would indicate otherwise.

How to Get Your Ice Cream
As you know, we work closely with anyone we recommend because it happens so rarely. So here is the deal we arranged. You can get one pint at their normal price or you can buy 2 and get one pint for nothing.
