Hey everyone, I'm back on the zone after an almost one year hiatus. lol! I lost almost 20lbs when I was on it last year. Been back on for 18 days and have lost 5 pounds, but I've had a couple of obstacles, and I'm sure that's why 'I've only lost 5. However, my clothing are getting really loose, and that's a REALLY good thing!

I have a group on fb of my close friends and family, and we encourage one another, and I've recommended the zone. One of my friends is many miles away, and I encourage and help her with her meal choices. She's getting the hang of it, and I told her it may take time to get it, and once she does...it'll be a breeze!
