What happened to the list of foods and blocks

I did not visit the website for 6 months or so and now I am missing the list of foods/blocks which was available on the site before. It is all great with the new Zone products but I cannot get them and wanted to follow a "classic" Zone diet. I remember most of the foods by heart now, but wanted a quick refresher

A lot of that info is stll on the Dr. Sears....go to www.drsears.com
click on resources and then you'll the zone food block guide as one of the links. you can view it but also click the PDF button and view/print it in that format as well

There was a lot of recipes available on the website previously. Shame they are gone...

The classic zone recipes were here before when they had the "split" format, but it looks like they have changed the format (again) and went back to a format more similar to what they had before the forums went down. In any case, I don't have a clue where to find those recipes, either!
