Turkey Burgers: . Fat 10g (Sat F = 3.1) C - Fb = 3.5-2.4 = 1.1g P = 16g . Ingredients: 1 Pkg (2.5 lbs, 4oz) 93% Fat free Ground Turkey 3/4 cup Coconut Flour 1/2 cup ground Flax 3 eggs (6 egg whites) 1/4 cup Olive Oil Seasonings . Mix well, let sit for about 20-40 minutes. . Form into 15 to 16 4oz patties. Feeze. Grill frozen. . Note: Some fat cooks out, so, I set this as 2 blocks P & 2 blocks F per burger. |

P.S.> This recipe has consistently given me exactly 15 4oz and one 3oz burgers. Had son and his wife and our grandchild over last night, and they liked them. I add about 1 to 2 Tbl Italian seasoning, 1 to 2 Tbl Montreal chicken seasoning, and some times 1 to 2 Tbl Tony ChiChis seasoning. YES, we like them spicy. |

Interesting recipe, I would not have thought to add all of that (except seasoning) |

I did not find this recipe, I created it. I also get a bonus of one 4oz burger for each 12 oz turkey. As well as added fiber. |
