    Hello
I am a boxer fighting at 152 pounds. Currently i weigh 160 pounds with a 29.8 inch waist. I consume the blocks that the calculator has indicated ( 23) plus 4 tablespoons of olive oil in every meal .
I am a little stressed on how am i going to catch the weight.I don't want to follow tactics of cutting of the carbs and eat only protein.
Should i reduce my olive oil consumption and if i do so am i going to have energy for my 4 hour workouts?

    Hi,

Yes, experiment with reducing the olive oil a bit. That was my thought after reading the first paragraph of you post, prior to even seeing your question in the last sentence. Right now, if you're adding 4T olive oil to 3 meals a day, you're getting about 50 to 55% of your calories from fat. I've read many athletes consume over 50% dietary fat. It's fine, as long as you're not gaining body fat, but you have the added concern of staying in your weight category. Your goal would be to reduce the olive oil as much as you can while still maintaining sufficient energy. You should be able to work it out. Good luck!

bro if your only 8 pounds away you should cut the weight and not try to lost it. You can rehydrate and be at weight feeling right over night.
