Today would be my first day of zoning but i have a couple questions about suppliments. First pre workout i have been using NO-Explod and Cellmass post workout. How would those suppliments work with or against the zone? or how are they counted as blocks if so?

What is cellmass composed of? Protein? Carbs? AA?
Nitric Oxide I "think" does not interfere with your zone blocks, as it is not a food, as far as I am aware, correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe someone else who knows something about supplements will be able to chime in. I've never taken any and don't really know enough about them.

You're fine with NO, not sure about Cellmass. What is it? Personally, pre and post for me is glutamine, BCAA's, whey shake and vitamin C. Also, when I am running it, Creatine as well.
