That is my son's birthday, too!
Wish I was closer, I would love to have the opportunity to hear Barry Sears speak in person.

This event is sold out now.
There was another video added to the CrossFit Journal. Eight in total of Dr. Sears talking to CrossFitters in Socal.
They are free and I think they have MP3 downloads available.

Help!
I am an ex-college FB player and I started the zone after my bro in-law lost over a 100lbs. I lost 6 or so off the bat then stopped for a while. Now I am the same weight 212 again and cannot find the zone again. I run at least three times a week for 40min and lift weights at least three times a week for an hour in weight gaining mode. I would say my body fat is no more than 12% maybe 15 at most if the scale sucks. I am more active than I wrote. I gave you the low end of my levels. How should I approach losing weight, I have never lost weight ever it is frustrating I am a health and PE teacher and I know the facts etc. but cannot do it for myself.
