    Looking for some Advice-

I am 5'11, 170lbs, and between 7-9% body fat. The last couple of weeks I have felt very lethargic during my workouts, whether they are Strength based or Crossfit MetCon's or both. I currently eat three 5 block meals and and two 2 block snacks. Anyone know why this may be?

    Thanks
    Sean

You're not getting enough fat to supply your energy needs. Also at your extremely low body fat, you're not easily going to tap into your fat stores. Tripling the amount of monounsaturated fat you add to meals is a good place to start. You may need to increase your added monounsaturated fat blocks by even more.
