[/size:aaa1d7dc90] It seems to be mostly for women. I wonder if it's of any benefit for/to men??? :?: Any One? Exercise GuRu's?

    John, I'm in no way an "exercise guru" so take this for what it's worth. I really don't think that eight minutes a day is going to give you the same kind of benefits you could receive from a more well-rounded exercise program. If you are sedentary, then eight minutes of exercise in the morning may help a little bit. I just think that if your goals are overall fitness, then you should spend a considerable amount of time with your workouts. Just my opinion. :D Mike
