My question - I have MS and just did some research (thank you, Julianne!) which recommends eliminating all dairy and legumes. I generally use a Mozzarella stick, 1/2 c grapes and 1 Macadamia nut for both my snacks every day. It's quick easy and I like it. Now I have a problem since the cheese stick is dairy.
I am hoping that I can get several thoughts for a good non-dairy/non-legume protein snack that is easy and tasty. I have looked up some information on Vegan cheese that is not made with soy milk but any other suggestions would be great. In addition, if you have tried any Vegan cheese your thoughts would be appreciated.
