John, I guess it depends on how high one heaps the teaspoon!
I figure, as long as I don't use over 1 tbsp, things should be fine. Generally, I really do it to taste, and a heaping tsp usually does the trick.
Agree, different brands of cocoa powder may have slightly different breakdowns with regard to carbs and fiber. It is best to aim for one that has a larger amount of fiber, like yours does. Mine is a store purchase from a few years ago, actually... I guess I don't use it all that much!
