Peppers?

    What kind of peppers does the Zone food guide mean when it says Red or Green?  I mean there's like a million kinds of each.  Like bell peppers?

    They're all similar, and I would count them all as about the same.

    Yes, I've seen them described as greeen bell peppers and red bell peppers, and I'd also agree with John's comment.
