My wife & I today celebrated our baby girl with a prenatal photo shoot, including in which we had a cupcake picnic. I was at ease about this because I had looked forward to this photo shoot for weeks and lost all of my weight in preparation for this shoot. So we went to Sugarbabbies today and got fully loaded cupcakes lol, nothing at all healthy about these. I had a Hummingbird, which has pecans, pineapples, coconut & banana in it with cream cheese. I figured it would be any number of Carb blocks and fat blocks I could imagine, so I planned with a Whey protein shake on the side of the shoot.

Fast forward to the park and I enjoyed every decadent bite of the cake, as photos were snapped of us enjoying our prenantal shoot. As I was done, I went over and drank down about 12oz of shake with 24g of Protein in it, about 3.5P, or a "large-snack" on a 19block day, which I've ended up at. As it were, I ate 3 hours later, but there wasn't any hunger, fog, or any sugar hang over, though I did get quite a sugar rush.

So if you find yourself cornered by a cupcake, you might try Whey shakes as a way to block out the high sugar indulgence, and at least curb into the zone.

    I love the Zone!
