Pricey Zone Skin products in Mexico

I'm wondering why Zone Products like Skin Care kit (Optimal care sys) costs $240 (US Dollars) in Mexico, while on this website it costs $97. Can anyone give me an answer? certainly the price for Mexico is unaffordable. Thanks
