    how can you e-mail someone or PM them?

    Last search I did it said PM was not available that was from 2003 though.

    Can you e-mail someone?

    If so how?

    Yes, the Matt who has the before and after photos in his signature. To find a person's username, simply click on the reply key to one of their posts and their username will appear preceding the text of the post on the reply page.
