Every time I look at a diet plan I look for day one through day x. I like to see recipes for each meal, so I was happy to see that here just browsing the plan.

HOWEVER, the one thing I would like, cuase I am lazy and don't want to try to add it all up myself, is a shopping list for the meal plan.

What do I need to buy from the store to follow the plan for the week. Would be nice.
