My daughter is taking Omega 3 RX (2 daily) for mood stabilizing. She is experiencing belching with a fishy odor. Is there any way to alleviate this? Any help would be appreciated...De |

Hi Danielle!
Taking it together with 1 or 2 ounces of Sea Health Plus should eliminate the problem. Sea Health Plus emulsifies fish oil from better absorption. |

Danielle, You can also save a ton of money and mix the fish oil into a dairy product, like milk or yogurt. Dairy products also emulsifies the fish oil for better absorption, and you don't have to purchase another expensive supplement! I take my fish oil with my daily morning smoothie, and I have no further problems with that fishy taste/burp. |

A tip, Sea Health Plus is much more than a fish oil emulsifier. It's an excellent source of both polyphenols and trace minerals from sea veggies. In addition to being an anti-oxidant, it also provides anti-inflammatory benefits. You can read more in the POLYPHENOLS tab above. |

Thanks for the additional info, Sue. Just a tip from me, If one eats a "rainbow" variety of veggies and fruits, one should also be able to reap the benefits of the polyphenols in the foods that one eats--and eating in the Zone is an excellent way to control inflammation! |
