I know this sounds silly, but of all the sites I go to, it always seems to take me 5 minutes to login to the zone community. I wish I could pick my own password instead of use yours. It's also case sensitive. Also, I can't type my username and email address so I always have to remember which one it is. Long story short, after several attempts, I finally connect. Silly I know, but very annoying.

I just wanted to provide some feedback on your post. You can specify your own password and change it at any time. Our only restriction is that is 7 characters or numbers long. It is case sensitive as most passwords are. With respect to logging in, you can log in using just your email address and password. You don't have to or shouldn't enter both user name AND email address.

If you forget your password simply go to the log in screen type in your email address and click the "Password Reminder" button and a reminder email will be sent to you.
