I am just starting on the Zone. I am about 25 lbs overweight, but I have low cholesteral (130), low blood pressure, low blood sugar, anemic. My doctor told me to make sure I eat red meat, eggs, and salt so I don't get sick. When I try to cut back on thes things too much I usually start passing out.
So eggs are important I eat maybe 1 or 2 a day. Usually scrambled(bkfst) or boiled(snack) without extra oil. I also prefer free range organic eggs with the dark yellow yolks. Does the quality of eggs you eat make a difference? Will eating eggs make a difference on how I respond to this diet? Can you add a suplement to off set the bad chemical in egg yolks?
I really hope the Zone will help me get my body into balance.
