Hi all I,m obsessed with the Zone I love it and basically stick to it to loose weight and then not rigidly to maintain. I eat a great breakfast of ham/ chicken mixed veg peppers celery etc with some balsamic vinegar and mazzarella or gouda cheese. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. However I do seem to have an issue with the fish oils. I can only eat one a day for a few days then I feel the headache coming on I think my liver objects. Has anyone else had this problem or can you suggest an alternative to the fish oil.

Margaret, do you still have your gallbladder?

I have some difficulty tolerating fish oil, and I think it is related to my not having my gallbladder, and so higher doses of fish oil do not agree with me!

I also think that I tolerate the EicoRx better than the OmegaRx. Which one are you using?

    Hi Margaret!

Here are some things that might help.

Use the Eicosanoid Status Report to gain info regarding how to adjust your dose.

If you're not already taking a Zone Labs fish oil, switch to Omeag RX or Eico Rx and take it with Sea Health Plus.

I all the above fails, contact wellness support (find the address in the link in the tool bar at the bottom of this page).

Sue, I thought you adjusted your dose with the labwork? Using the eicosanoid status report is much less expensive, though (FREE!).
