    Hi,

Just had another question. Are peeled, diced tomatoes in a can (in tomato juice with no salt or sugar added) okay to eat? I'm asking cos I'm not sure how different they are to fresh tomatoes (in terms of insulin-spiking-ness lol). Would appreciate any help!

    Thanks!

In addition (applies more for males): Cooked tomatoes are actually the exception for having more (one type of) nutrition, Licopene (sic?) - is higher in cooked tomatoes.

And goes great with 1/4 cup (1 block) black beans.
