Anyone using the skin care products offerred through Dr. Sears???
Do you think it is helpful. I have been using it for a month and haven't really noticed a big change. But at almost age 49, I'm willing to use anything to fight the aging process. I welcome any comments from you zoners.
Thanks

Hello,
I have been using it for about 4 years now. I've seen a big change in every respect. You really should give it about 6 to 8 weeks.

Carla,
You are employed here aren't you? I don't think it is fair for you to give your opinions for a person who pays you a salary. It smells of bias. |

[b:0d24a8f1f3]Hello,
Yes, I am employed by Zone Labs. However, my statement is not bias. My advice on the use of the skin care product is to support and assist members with questions regarding our skin care line. [/b:0d24a8f1f3] |

[quote:8a92960c84="gnissimoyw"]It's a conflict of interest, Carla. [/quote:8a92960c84]
In Carla's defense, whom I don't know, but appreciate her help in moderating this forum:
It would be a conflict of interest for Carla to bad mouth one of the Zone Labs' products.
It would be in poor taste for her to bad mouth someone else's product that she had never tried.
It would be dishonest to praise a Zone Labs product that she does not believe works as advertised.
However, it is helpful for her to relate her personal experience with Zone Labs products that she can honestly be positive about (which is the only personal type of comment that she should make).
[quote:8a92960c84]You certainly would never say anything against Sears products so you should not say anything at all. This is definitely bias. [/quote:8a92960c84]
She certainly would not badmouth any product, and you can be sure that she will not speak up if she does not personally like a product. However, she can and should speak up for a product that she likes when it is helpful advice.
[quote:8a92960c84]Let those without a conflict of interest answer and give their unbiased opinions what they think about the products. Please.[/quote:8a92960c84]
Ok, I don't have a conflict of interest, and I did not find the skin care products to have been helpful in relieving my eczema symptoms. But then how do you know if I applied them correctly? Maybe I should ask Carla! She would know.
Carla, from my point of view (and from previous posts, people know I am very wary of conflicts of interest), your posts of personal experiences are very welcome.
However, you might want to start or end a post with the disclaimer that you are a Zone Labs employee so folks who do not know you can not accuse you of a hidden bias. |

Hi, I'm not an employee, so I can offer some comments that may help. I bought the Zone Skincare for my wife and she absolutely loves it, it has done more for her skin in a few short weeks than anything she has tried in the past. Cheers, Steve. |
