I am 52 and have been losing my hair to male pattern baldness for some time. I have been on the Zone Diet for about two months and I am taking the Zone fish oil supplement. This may be wishful thinking, but it seems to me that the hair loss has stopped and new hair is growing in. Has anyone else observed this? Thanks

I notice that you are both male. Are there any female Zoners with hair loss/hair restoring stories? I am 61 and diabetic and just 15 days on the Zone with high dose (7.5 g) Omega-3 daily as recommending in Rx book guidelines and I believe I may be seeing some fuzzy growth in the areas where I was getting bald spots. Anyone else seein this? Also, any feedback on whether this is Zone or Omega-3 or combo?
