Hello, I am new to the Zone and am having a couple of questions about measuring some foods: 1. How do you measure fresh spinach? Do you just push it into a measuring cup or is there some weight per cup I can use? Also, when you are measuring out meats - do you measure the amount you need BEFORE or AFTER you cook it? Thanks, I need all the help I can get. I am really enjoying the Zone - I think I can live with it for a long tme.
