We combine our highly purified whey protein with an exceptional Milk Protein Isolate. It is a natural milk protein isolate containing all the protein fractions found in milk with reduced fat (2%) and lactose (less than 1%). Milk Protein Isolate has a high Protein Efficiency Ratio (P.E.R.). Milk protein has two basic components, whey and casein. Whey and casein can be separated and made into powdered products or they can be processed together producing a milk protein powder.
