Not sure how I came up with this one.

I took 2 large florets of broc. I cut as much stem off as I could and still be able to keep the floret whole. These were 5"-6" diameter. I then used a paring knife to cut out the top center of the broc. It was a cone shaped hole that I made. I steamed them for about 10 minutes. Removed them from the steamer and added a couple pieces of deli ham & turkey then filled with mozzarella and then a little swiss. These had 2 blocks of protein. I them made a ham & cheese roll for the last block. THrew a can of garbanzos in a pan with minced garlic and the removed brocolli finely chopped. Sauted in olive oil, once they were almost complete I turned on low and put the ham rolls on top to melt the cheese a little. I put the broc back in the steamer for 8 minutes to melt the cheese and finish steaming the broc.

It was great! served garbanzos on a seperate plate with the ham roll and the broc had it's own dish.

I want to try it again with a little more seasoning on the brocolli. I prefer it with a little more flavor.

I did take a couple pics but haven't up loaded them any where yet.

I'll share those later.

Can you come here and cook dinner for us? (except I don't really like broccoli!)

I've been thinking about linking to photobucket in my signature to display a few food pix (I take food pix, too, lol!). Just haven't had time to figure it out yet.

I've actually thought about starting up a food service. I think the business aspect would take all the fun out of it for me thou.

This is the first time I actually took pictures of my creations. I thought it was unique. Still not sure where the inspiration came from.

In photobucket there are 4 different ways to link the picture. I usually have to try one berfore I get it right. Names link direct link, html, email & ??? copy and paste one of those links and the picture magically appears. The admins have it turned off for posting thou. You can put it in your sig but not in the posts.
