If i was to take 3 cups of cooked brocolli and grate 3 oz of light velveta cheese on top then add 1 tsp of OL and have 1 cup of fruit salad (blueberries, strawberries, mango, pomegranite seeds, lime juice). Would this be ca complete meal?

Hi Deb,

Sounds like that meal might be pretty close. You are counting one block of broccoli, 3 blocks of cheese, 3 blocks of fat, and probably about 2 blocks of fruit.

What is more important, is how this meal worked for you. Did you stay in the Zone?
