Greetings,

For purposes of LBM calculation I have two questions for you zone experts:

(1) What activity level would you class 45min/6 days per week of heavy aerobic cycling?

(2) I had a 6'1" height some years ago, but due to a series of compression fractures am now standing 5'9". The skin on that frame couldn't have just disappeared--what height should I really use to calculate LBM? A waist measurement assumes that it is fat...

Thanks so much,
Daniel

Hi Daniel!

That would be "Active".

I don't know the answer about the height change due to the fractures. I'd guess to use your original heigt or slightly less, but I would suggest you check with Zone Labs (use "Live Zone Chat", top right of page or "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page).

Please let us know the answer to the height qn. Thanks!
