do you think this is valid? b/cuz as far as i know, you have to workout all your muscles at least twice a week to stimulate them to grow...

Those are pretty basic exercises. I see no reason why they wouldn't help you build muscle and lose fat. You would need to progress to more complex exercises as you became more fit. I also noticed that they mentioned doing aerobics 30 minutes a day. Earlier in the article they mention that you become more active also which increases the results.

In theory I believe it will make a big difference, if you are eating in a healthy way.
