Just to backup your point about flexibility regarding higher fat protein sources Matt, Dr Sears mentions in one of the books this as a possible (if not favourable) evening snack: 1 glass of wine and and 1 oz of cheese. Note the lack of a fat source due to the high fat content of cheese.
