Today on "[b:201dd374b6]The Screen Savers" (G4TechTV) [/b:201dd374b6] they had an author / scientist on talking about longevity of life. "Author Ray Kurzweil discussed the latest advances in nanotechnology and human longevity." He said for the current period of time (our era) he mentioned things to do to live longer: "Eat more Omega-3's, eat less of harmful fats and eat carbs with the lower Glycemic Index, and avoid the high GI Carbs. " Gee, sounds like the Zone!
